Living with a chocolate allergy may be harder than you would think. First, you need to know if you are allergic to. Is it the chocolate or one of the other ingredients in the chocolate product? If you are allergic to the chocolate it is most likely that the cocoa bean is causing the allergic reaction.

By: Gary Matthews, Mon Apr 2nd, 2007
Let me tell you a quick story, twenty years ago I was very influenced by the bodybuilders and the training systems of the day. Hitting the weights five or six times a week, splitting upper and lower body workouts and working out twice a day was seen as normal. Every set was taken to positive failure, with three or more forced reps on top of that and if that wasn't enough I would throw in a few negative reps to top it off. This type of training would leave me totally exhausted and render me sore for days after every session.

By: Darrell Miller, Tue Sep 18th, 2007
Red marine algae have been used for a variety of purposes in Asia for more years than have been recorded. Originally probably, used as a food, it then found many medicinal applications for a wide variety of conditions depending upon the species of algae. In fact, one of the earliest written records from China dating to 600 BC mentions algae as being a food suitable for a 'king himself'.
